Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any courses or physical products from RFMA. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Courses & Digital Content

All sales of courses, training programs, digital materials, and other downloadable or streamed content are final.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course materials, no refunds will be issued within 30 days of purchase, regardless of usage or completion status.

If you wish to cancel an ongoing course or program, written notice of cancellation must be provided at least forty-five (45) days in advance of the next billing or renewal period.

When proper notice is given, any prepaid amounts will be issued as a 100% account credit, which may be applied toward future courses, products, or services offered by [Company Name]. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Physical Products

All physical product sales are considered final once shipped.

Refunds are not available within 30 days of purchase. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Notice Requirements

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through another official communication channel designated by RFMA.

Cancellation requests received fewer than forty-five (45) days before the applicable renewal or billing date will not be eligible for refund or credit for that period.

Course Transfer Fee

Requests to transfer or reschedule enrollment to a different course date will incur a $150.00 administrative fee per request.

Credits

Approved credits are issued at 100% of the eligible amount and may be used toward future purchases with RFMA. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and may be subject to an expiration date at our discretion.

Policy Updates

RFMA reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
